7. Delivery modes

The references of the conveyor will be on the delivery form.

of a delivery problem due to the conveyor.
9. Delivery errors

the day of the delivery or at the latest the first open day following the
delivery any complaint of delivery error and/or non conformity of the products
in kind or in quality compared to the indications being reproduced on the
delivery form.Any complaint formulated beyond this time will be rejected.

time limits defined above could not be taken into account and will release
SHOESPARADISE.COM of any responsibility with reagrd to the purchaser.
9-d At the reception of the claim SHOESPARADISE.COM will allocate an exchange
number for the concerned product and will communicate it by email fax or
phone to the purchaser. The exchange of a product can only take place after
attribution to the customer of this exchange number.
9-e In case of delivery error or exchange each product to be exchanged or
refund will have to be returned as a whole in its original box to the following

Each product returned will have to be accompanied with the following elements
:
- return form

Les goods carriage for the rturn will be at the cost of SHOESPARADISE.COM

10. Products warranty
Shoesparadise.com will carry out exchange or refunding equal
to the amount of the order if the above rules are followed and also according
to the final decision of the manufacturer.
11. Satisfied or paid off

if and only if the customer returns the product as a whole in its original
packaging and in a perfect state of resale within 7 days following the reception
of the product.

11-c As for the return for defect the customer will have to annouce to the

11-d The postal charges for the return of the product in
this case will be at the purchaser expense.

fulfills the requirements to obtain refunding (product complete packed

and if it accepts the return the amount of expenses of reconditioning

11-f Refunding could be carried out only by banking check
